§ 58. Mr. Wadeasked the Prime Minister whether he will now announce the full membership of the Commission which is to carry out a review of constitutional developments in the Central African Federation, and the terms of reference.
§ The Prime MinisterI am afraid that I am not yet in a position to announce the membership of the Advisory Commission. I hope to be able to do so shortly. I announced its terms of reference to the House on 21st July.
