53. Mr. Coidrick

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will give favourable consideration to the request made to him by the Bristol City Council to be permitted to complete the Inner Circuit Road in Bristol in order to relieve traffic congestion and to facilitate the development of business properties.
