§ Mr. K. ThompsonThis matter was carefully considered towards the end of last year as part of a general review of the public telephone facilities in the Isle of Lewis. For the reasons explained in my correspondence with the hon. Member I regret that I cannot justify the provision of a telephone kiosk in the village of Orinsay.
