56. Mr. Bottomley

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the increasing disturbances, he will reconsider the decision of Her Majesty's Government not to send a Parliamentary mission to Nyasaland.

71. Mr. Callaghan

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what conclusions he has reached about the proposal to appoint a Parliamentary commission to inquire into the causes and background of the disturbances in Nyasaland.
