§ Mr. J. AmeryOn the first part of the Question, I would invite the hon. Member's attention to the reply given yesterday to the hon. Member for Eton and 21W Slough (Mr. Brockway). Since the Governor has already issued instructions that huts are not to be burned and since no mass punishments have been imposed, the second part of the Question does not arise.
