§ 70. Mr. Abseasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs, in view of the hardship that will be caused by the proposed increase in rent at Cwmbran at a time when there is considerable short-time working at the new town, if he will advise the Cwmbran Development Corporation to withdraw the notices of increases in rent that have been given.
