§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe people of the Northern Cameroons will be asked to choose by plebiscite next November whether or not they wish to remain part of the Northern Region when Nigeria becomes independent.
On the Southern Cameroons I have nothing at present to add to the Answers I gave to the hon. Member on 9th April and to the hon. Member for Brigg (Mr. E. L. Mallalieu) on 11th June.
