§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in the light of the recently published "Review of Highland Policy", he will 31W now assist Inverness County Council financially with the construction of the proposed road at Flodda, Benbecula, where agricultural and other development is being retarded through lack of regular and safe transport connection to the rest of the Uist and Benbecula area.
