asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will make a statement, following his consultations with the Governor of Kenya on the report of the disciplinary tribunal that considered charges against Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Coutts.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

I hope to be able to publish on Thursday a Command Paper containing the Governor's recommendations and my conclusions on the report of the disciplinary inquiry.
