Mr. Hunter

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, in view of the concern of residents around London Airport about the conditions as disclosed in Mr. Justice Phillimore's report of the Viking air crash of 2nd September, 1958, under which Independent Air Travel had operated, if he will take all steps and measures to make certain that such conditions are not again permitted by companies licensed by his Department; and if he will make a statement.

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, in view of the conditions, as revealed in Mr. Justice Phillimore's report of the Viking air crash, under which Independent Air Travel operated, if he will detail the steps he has taken to ensure that such conditions are not again permitted by companies licensed by his Department.
