§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he has noted the statement, made by the Chairman of the Trades Union Congress, that Government printing might well have to stop; and whether, in view of this contradiction of the unqualified assurance given to him by all the trade unions in the present printing dispute that production in Her Majesty's Stationery Office printing works will not be interfered with in any way, he will now state what steps he is taking, in view of the growing probability of Government printing being interfered with and an emergency arising.
