§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThe antidumping Order was revoked because, when the domestic and export prices of this firm's production came into line, the dumping was effectively ended and there was no justification for continuing the anti-dumping duty. The specific purpose of an anti-dumping duty is to offset dumping, and the removal of such a duty does not, in itself, call for alternative steps to assist the industry concerned.
