Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of Labour if he will make a statement on his efforts to get both sides of the shipbuilding industry together in order to end restrictive practices, and to secure the most efficient use of manpower in order to meet the growing competition from abroad that threatens the livelihood of the whole industry.
