Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs in how many instances in which his approval has been sought to create smokeless zones he has caused an inquiry to be made to ascertain that the supply of smokeless fuel would be adequate for the need; and in how many instances he has withheld approval because of inadequate supplies.
