§ 73. Mr. Kershawasked the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what considerations he takes into account in making grants towards the costs of fencing.
§ Mr. GodberGrants under the Agriculture Act, 1957, which I presume my hon. Friend has in mind, can be paid, provided that the general conditions in Section 12 of the Act are satisfied, for making and improving permanent fences, but not for their restoration or repair. If my hon. Friend has any particular case in mind I shall be pleased to look into it.
