Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he is aware of the difficulties experienced by manufacturers in Leicester and other parts of Leicestershire owing to the lack of road facilities; and what steps he proposes to take to assist manufacturers concerned to overcome the difficulties.
