§ Mr. SandysExtensive information on nuclear weapon design has been exchanged between the American and British Governments under Article 2 of the Agreement for Co-operation on the Uses of Atomic Energy for Mutual Defence Purposes, signed in Washington on July 3rd, 1958, and presented to Parliament (Cmnd. 537). This information is, of course, of a highly secret character. I cannot, therefore, publish any particulars about it.
