§ The Attorney-GeneralThe recommendation to which the hon. Member refers is one of a number of proposals involving legislation made by the Committee, and it would only be practicable to deal with them as a whole. Some of the recommendations are controversial, and I cannot hold out any hope of legislation at the present time.
