§ 40. Mr. P. Morrisasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has yet decided what modification is necessary in Government policy with regard to rents on trading estates; and whether, in the 169W light of such modification, he will reconsider the rent being asked for the well-equipped clothing factory on the Fforestfach Trading Estate, in view of the increasing unemployment in that area.
