§ 78. Mr. Watkinsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether a joint board or joint advisory committee is now to be set up for the administration of the Brecon Beacons National Park; and from what date the organisation will operate.
§ Mr. H. BrookeI have issued a direction the effect of which is that administration of the Park will be carried out by180W a Joint Advisory Committee, subject to review in three years. The three County Councils were informed of my decision on 5th February in a letter of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy. It will now be for the three County Councils and the National Parks Commission to consult together about the detailed arrangements, and I shall wait to hear from them.
