§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydOn 31st March, 1957, 1,210 graduates and 1,036 non-graduates were employed in grant-aided training colleges in England, and 100 graduates and 58 non-graduates in such colleges in Wales. No record is kept of staff who would be regarded as graduates for salary purposes, since the Report governing the salaries of training college staff does not provide for a salary addition for them or for graduates.
