§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThese apprentices were dismissed for repeated wilful disobedience in contravention of their indentures of apprenticeship. If an apprentice considers himself aggrieved he may commence a civil action or complain to a magistrate. At the time of their dismissal they were not members of a trade union.
