§ Mr. MarplesThe starting date for the Severn Bridge is related to the progress of work on the Forth Bridge, as the two bridges are being constructed as a single co-ordinated operation, but I am keeping it under review in the light of that progress. Meanwhile, I hope to publish early in the new year a draft Order showing how we propose to deal with the other roads and accesses affected by the approach roads to the bridge.
