§ Mr. R. AllanSince my right hon. Friend answered a similar Question from my hon. and gallant Friend in June, our Ambassador has pursued this matter on numerous occasions in Baghdad. My right hon. and learned Friend himself raised the matter with the Iraqi Foreign Minister in New York in September. I am happy to say that we now seem to be very much closer to a settlement.
