As Unemployment Benefit is, under the National Insurance Acts, a contributory benefit payable as of right in respect of contributions paid, the workers concerned are, if they satisfy the conditions of eligibility, entitled to benefit in50W respect of days of unemployment without regard to the other considerations mentioned in my hon. Friend's Question.
