§ Mr. Bennasked the Prime Minister what reply he has sent to the letter received from the Goan National Union, dated 21st November, 1958, asking for British initiative to bring about talks between India and Portugal designed to give self-determination to Goa; and if he will make a statement on the reply he has made.
