§ Mr. Nairnasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is yet able to announce the publication of the report of the Douglas Committee which has been inquiring into the prescribing of doctors in the National Health Service in Scotland.
§ Mr. MaclayI have arranged for the Report to be published tomorrow, 21st April, and for a copy to be sent to all20W cent., 25 per cent., and 50 per cent., to contribute to the total budgeted revenue of £471 million in the year 1959–60.
