§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThere was no cost to the Government of Northern Rhodesia. The Governor discussed resettlement with the villagers on two occasions. On the first, some 80–100 villagers were present. On the second only 15 villagers were present and these were armed and prevented others from coming within earshot.
