Mr. Iremongerasked the Minister of Education whether he is aware that the distribution of teachers in Ilford leaves the Borough with an excess of 38 on 1st October, but that this excess is entirely in the primary schools, leaving secondary schools with a shortage of 25; and whether he will take steps to introduce greater flexibility into the system of distribution.
