§ Mr. MarplesThe B.B.C. are mindful of the poor reception conditions in Berwickshire and in other parts of the country. They are considering plans for the installation over the next two years of a limited number of low-power satellite television stations. Until I have studied these plans, I cannot say when Berwickshire will have a station.
