§ Mr. MarplesThe B.B.C. have completed a series of tests in colour and have reported to the Television Advisory Committee. That Committee, which includes members of the Radio Industry, has not yet reported to me. I have asked it to do so as quickly as possible. The right hon. Member will, however, appreciate that there are many technical problems associated with the introduction of colour. It would be a pity to embark on expenditure on expensive colour equipment before these have been settled.
