§ Mr. N. MacphersonMy right hon. Friend has confirmed the Compulsory Purchase Order relating to the site desired by the Ayrshire Education Authority for the college. The way is now clear for the Authority to submit proposals regarding the accommodation for my right hon. Friend's approval.
