§ 84. Mr. Prenticeasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will take steps to secure the amendment of the Apprenticeship Ordinance, Chapter 187 of Northern Rhodesian law, in order to enable Africans to enter apprenticeships to train for skilled occupations.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydA Bill which will have this effect was recently published by the Northern Rhodesia Government.
