§ Mr. Woollamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has considered the annual report of the Liverpool Steamship Owners' Association, a copy of which has been sent to him, in which the Association opposes the proposition of the United Nations organisation that the costs of clearing the Suez Canal should be paid for by its future users; and whether he will now review the Government's policy on this matter.
