Taylor Woodrow Homes, Limited, and fitted with smokeless fuel heating for clean air, have been valued for rating purposes at £6 more than exactly similar houses built by the same firm where the usual open fire system has been installed; and what views the Clean Air Council have expressed on this matter in their consideration of the progress made in abating air pollution.

§ Mr. BevinsAs my hon. Friend has been informed, these houses are not exactly similar. There are several material differences in the amenities which explain the difference in rating assessments; and the implication in the Question cannot be sustained. There is nothing here for the Clean Air Council.
