asked Her Majesty's Government whether the full text of speeches delivered by the Prime Minister on his Commonwealth tour can be issued as a White Paper or otherwise be made available to members of the House.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR COMMONWEALTH RELATIONS (THE EARL OF HOME)

It is not intended to issue the texts of the speeches delivered by the Prime Minister on his Commonwealth tour in the form of a White Paper, but a publication based on his major speeches is being produced for distribution and use by the Information Services of the three Overseas Departments. Copies of this publication will be deposited in the Libraries of both Houses as soon as possible for the information of Members.
