§ 76. Mr. Awberyasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, in view of the closing of naval shore facilities, if he will take steps to introduce these to commercial undertakings and provide them with some incentive to convert them to a commercial use in order to obviate the necessity of removing large populations to other areas which do not provide the same amenities.
