§ Mr. John HareAfter 31st July, 1958, it will be an offence to use or sell in England and Wales any spring trap that has not been approved by Order. The gin has not been so approved. This has been given wide publicity in the farming and sporting Press, and is being given further publicity at demonstrations of the approved traps now being given to trappers, farmers, gamekeepers and others throughout England and Wales. I have no authority to arrange for the collection of unapproved traps.
