§ 62. Mr. Footasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have now given further consideration to the terms of the reservation, notified to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on 18th April, 1957, whereby they withdrew from the sphere of compulsory jurisdiction disputes relating to any question which, in the opinion of the Government of the United Kingdom, affects the national security of the United Kingdom or any of its dependent territories; and whether he will make a statement on this matter.
