I cannot at present add to what I said about the date of publication in answer to the hon. Gentlemen, the Members for Norfolk, Central (Sir F. Medlicott) and Barking (Mr. Hastings) on 14th July. My noble Friend has not yet received the report in its final form but will arrange for its publication as soon as it is in his hands.
