§ 69. Sir P. Agnewasked the Attorney-General if he will introduce legislation to codify the privileges and immunities, both absolute and qualified, enjoyed by barristers and solicitors, respectively, in oral proceedings in the courts and in sending written communications to the courts, respectively.
