Mallalieuasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the Report of the Nigerian Minorities Commission will be published before the House of Commons rises for the summer Recess, in order that hon. Members may have an opportunity to question the Minister upon the Report before the resumed Constitutional Conference takes place in September.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI expect to receive the Report about the end of this month. It will be printed as quickly as possible.
