72. Miss Leeasked the Minister of Education if he will study the advisability of making entrance to universities by written examination only and issuing instructions that the name of the school of the students seeking entry to university should not be made known to the examiners.

§ Dr. Kingasked the Minister of Education, in view of the difficulty that VIth-formers of just less than outstanding ability have of finding which university places are available for such candidates, whether he will invite the universities to pool information and applications so that the schools for which he has responsibility may be able to make the fullest use of the available university places.
