§ Sir A. Bossomasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will give consideration to the particular problem arising out of applications for grant-aided electricity generators on farms which were unlikely to receive main supplies for several years, so that these schemes could be approved without undue delay.
§ Mr. John HareI am now prepared to consider applications for grant-aiding permanently fixed electricity generators under the Farm Improvement Scheme in cases where there is slight prospect of connection to a mains supply at reasonable cost in the foreseeable future.
