§ Mr. NugentThe information available shows that in the first year of the campaign being conducted by the Committee appointed for this task at least 21,000 people have changed their working hours. Following a recommendation of the Transport Users' Consultative Committee for London special attention is being given to the Central Line, but it is too early to assess the result.
