(2) what evidence he has received regarding danger to the public caused by persons under the age of 16 years using airguns, which might call for an amendment of existing law.
§ Mr. MaclayI have received very few representations about the possession or use of airguns by young persons and have no evidence to suggest that legislation on the subject is necessary.
