ButlerIn the negotiations at present proceeding in Paris for the establishment of a European Free Trade Area there has been some consideration of the question whether, as regards the admission of aliens, it would be desirable and appropriate to make some modifications of administrative practice as a result of our participation in the Area, but at present no proposals are under discussion which would involve an alteration of existing legislation on the subject.
