§ Mr. GodberThis is an inquiry by the Committee of Investigation set up under Section 9 of the Agricultural Marketing Act, 1931, into certain complaints against the operation of the Wool Marketing Scheme. The statutory Regulations for the holding of such inquiries require the Committee to meet in private unless the Committee decides otherwise in any particular case. My right hon. Friend has not yet received the Report of the Committee of Investigation, which will no doubt deal with this point.
