§ Mr. R. A. ButlerFor reasons given in replies to Questions by the hon. Member for Leyton (Mr. Sorensen) on 20th February and the hon. Member for Leicester, North-West (Mr. Janner) on 4th December, I am not satisfied that further legislation to deal with the problem of flick-knives generally would be justified. I am, however, watching the situation. The flick-knife in the form of a gun which has been brought to my notice appears to have been designed as a novelty and to be no more dangerous than other flick-knives.
