Mrs. Butlerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will recommend to the Government of Uganda the extension of the distribution of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund milk powder in school diets throughout Uganda, in view of the incidence of kwashiakor in the territory.
